The Mission of Higher Cause

The mission of Higher Cause Productions is to declare the love and will of God (and His Only Begotten Son, Christ Jesus), through the utilization of music, drama, speech, poetry, written documents and publications, outreach ministry, hands on works and services, mentorship programs, and natural examples for the express purpose of glorifying God, the Father in Heaven (Mathew 5:16),

and His Only Begotten Son "Jesus" (Mathew 3:17), to reach the spiritually lost and confused (Mathew 28:18 - 20; Romans 10:14); to establish an uplifting and edifying relationship with the homeless population of the Washington DC Metropolitan Area, with prisoners, with the elderly and infirm, and with orphans (Mathew 25:34 - 45); to promote and propagate the name of Christ through scriptural means toward the goal of developing spiritual maturity within our organization's members, within our local communities, within our nation, and to the youth world-wide (Ephesians 4:12 - 13) in accordance with Section 501(c ) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code (or corresponding sections of any future Federal Tax code for charitable, religious, and educational purposes.

What Is Higher Cause Productions

Higher Cause Productions, INC. is a 501 (c) 3, non-profit charitable organization registered with the United States Of America Internal Revenue Service. The mission and purpose of the organization is to provide ministry and ministry/outreach services in the name and teachings of our Lord and Savoir, Jesus Christ. As such, Higher Cause Productions is committed to ministering and witnessing the blessed name of Jesus through outreach and outreach supported services and efforts. Through our volunteer staff of committed saints and workers, we provide street evangelism, outreach, and Christian activism with a roster of outdoor outreach programs, indoor ministry programs, homeless and shut-in programs, youth enrichment programs, and elderly outreach efforts. We are a diverse team of Christian believers from various financial, professional, denominational, and social strata in life. We strive to make this world a better place in which all mankind can live through the teachings, love and will of our Lord and Savoir, Jesus Christ. More importantly, we strive to give all mankind a better and everlasting existence by offering the love of Jesus Christ to one and all. we are a Christian-activist-service organization. HCP MINISTRIES
Currently Higher Cause maintains 7 major programs on an annual basis. The purpose and functionality for each program is as listed below:

Outreach: Higher Cause's sole and main purpose is to provide outreach ministry and ministry support and services. All planning, programs, equipment, and functions are in support of this mission. As such, Higher Cause's outreach ministry programs consist of both indoor and outdoor activities for each season of the year. During the summer Higher Cause Productions provides community summer festivals and outreach support services. During the winter Higher Cause focuses on indoor programs like youth concerts, prison ministry, and senior citizen help and ministry programs. All throughout the year Higher Cause also participates with feeding the homeless, providing special church services and ministry support services, as well as hands on ministry efforts. Higher cause has a special cadre of outreach ministry services and programs aimed at these efforts. The items listed by this site are but a few. Public Appeals And Addresses Ministry: An evangelistic ministry developed to encourage people to Christ through the use of mass mailings, radio, television, tracks, etc. Currently, Higher Cause evangelizes the name of Jesus monthly with mailings throughout the United States. These mailings are intended to share the love and teachings of Jesus with its recipients. It is the purpose of Higher Cause's "Mail Ministry" to touch a person's heart and soul through the name of Jesus. By doing this, we introduce the love of Christ to people and communities. Thus, we positively impact the world in which they live and the world around them with each mailing.

Youth Community Program:
Under this program Higher Cause goes into specific communities to work with its youth and build in them greater self esteem, confidence, and goals through the teachings and love of Jesus Christ. We do this by providing targeted activities, round table/group discussions, and informal/formal class-like instruction. Generally these programs are focused towards at risk youth. The programs are conducted during weekend sessions or as weekend programs. Children of all socio-economic backgrounds are benefited.

Toys for Tots:
An annual support mission where Higher Cause Productions aids other ministries and communities with distributing toys to needy families for the Christmas holidays. Higher Cause contacts communities, churches, and at-risk homes during the holiday season to assist all with enjoying a blessed and happy Christmas holiday with toys and presents for those in need during this holiday season.

Annual Easter Festival:
An annual event held normally on the Saturday before Easter in support of the Easter Day Celebration. The program is designed to provide greater awareness of Jesus Christ (his death, resurrection, and life) during the Easter season. Generally, a youth essay contest is sponsored, as well, to promote greater scholastic achievement and excellence.

Concerts: In support of the Higher Cause mission, Higher Cause concerts are provided annually (in conjunction with other ministries and churches) to help support the organization financially. These concerts are provided to bring greater awareness of gospel music and Christian artistry to the secular community. The concerts offer yet another platform to celebrate the name of Jesus while bringing Christians together to minister to at-risk youth and non-believers. This is done to offer people the love of Christ through the ministry of music and the arts.

Christ Works Day: A multi-denominational event or demonstration for Christ held annually on the DC mall (normally in September) to evangelize the name of Jesus Christ to the nation. The event hosts a roster of churches, musical ministries, preachers and speakers, dancers etc. to celebrate the goodness of Jesus and to proclaim to the world that Jesus Christ is the one true answer to all the world's ills and problems. Participants and attendees have the opportunity to share their ministries, ministry work and witness with one another and the public. Also, this forum is used by Higher Cause, clergy, and the saints alike to express to the world and the United States population what the word of God proclaims on many of today's hot topics and issues of concern. Join us as we tell the world as a unified body that "Christ works all the time and all the time Christ works".
